"I think Aishwarya is very stylish outfits and trendy. It 's very shiny and reflects the maturity. I guess that's the perfect combination of East and West," designer Leena Singh, designer Ashima-Leena duo told IANS.
The actress completed her look with her hair tied back, simple earrings and bag Jimmy Choo clutch in hand.
Aishwarya attended the French Film Festival since 2002 as the global face of L'Oreal. Last year, the actress wore a purple tulle-blue chiffon dress embroidered entirely, which also belonged to the house sewing Lebanese designer Elie Saab.

While Aishwarya's hair was tied, designer Reena Dhaka believes that the former beauty queen should have left her hair open.

Actress Minissha Lamba also walked the red carpet on Wednesday in a one-shoulder gown, designed by Gauri and Nainika. Minissha was in Cannes for the premiere of Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris".
This year, Bollywood has a strong presence at Cannes, which began Wednesday. Apart from Aishwarya and Minissha, actresses Sonam Kapoor, Frieda Pinto and actor Saif Ali Khan will be on the red carpet at various events. The festival ends May 22
