Latest Nissan Teana Price List | Nissan Teana New Model Review | Executive Luxury Car

Japanese automaker Nissan launched its luxury sedan - Teana - in India in 2007. The four-door car flaunts stunning exteriors, complemented by capacious and richly appointed interiors. It has a commanding on-road presence. Its suspension systems are upgraded and made suitable for the bumpy Indian roads. In India, Nissan Teana has proved to be a tough competition to other vehicles within its class. The car is imported from Japan, as a Completely Built Unit (CBU), and has been made to suit the Indian roads perfectly.

Engine
Nissan Teana is powered by 2.3L V6 petrol engine, which generates a power of 170 PS @ 6000 rpm and a peak torque of 224 Nm @ 4400 rpm. Its engine is equally agile on both, city roads and highways. The car has been mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission, which provides smooth and seamless gear shifts. The power for the car is generated optimally, thanks to the Multi-link Fuel Injection system.

Design And Comfort
Nissan Teana is synonymous with luxury, which is reflected in its exteriors as well as interiors. Talking about the design, the four-door sedan is longer than most of the cars within its class. The sweeping lines of the car, extending from the front to the rear portion, contribute to its dynamic appearance. The muscular front end is adorned by newly designed radiator grille and bi-xenon headlights. In the rear side, the tail lights cluster and bumper provide a sense of elegance to the vehicle. Comfortably positioned seats - with vibration-absorption urethane cushion material offer a relaxing ride for its occupants. The driver's seat comes with lumbar support, which prevents a feeling of fatigue on long drives.

Interiors
The voluminous interiors of Nissan Teana get new instrument panel and newly designed center console. Its steering wheel and center console are beautified by sleek wood trim. The front-seat ventilation system and large rear-seat headrests increase the comfort level for its passengers. Teana comes with excellent air conditioning system and a surround sound music system. Nissan's HDD-based Carwings Navigation System has also been provided in the sedan.

Ride And Handling
Nissan Teana offers smooth and silent ride on all types of roads. The upgraded front suspension of the car, with shock absorbers and built-in rebound springs, provide for stability during cornering, while the rear end gets newly developed multi-link suspension. Shock absorbers are positioned close to the tyres, providing greater stability to the car on bumpy roads. The manufacturers of Teana have paid special attention to the reduction of noise, vibration and harshness in the car.

Safety
Nissan Teana offers high level of safety to its occupants. The automobile is loaded with advanced safety features, which include VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control), TCS (Traction Control System), Antilock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Braking Distribution (EBD), collapsible steering wheel, SRS air bag systems for driver and front seat passenger, front-seat active head restraints, and front seatbelt with pre tensioner and two-stage load limiter.
